摘要
目的:分析婴幼儿湿疹的常见过敏源,为诊治预防提供参考。方法:选取2019年1-12月湿疹新发、过敏原阳性患儿30例,通过过敏原检测系统进行分析。结果:30例患儿中,食物过敏原阳性16例(53.33%);吸入过敏原阳性10例(33.33%);同时有食物和吸入过敏阳性4例(13.33%)。30例婴幼儿湿疹中,过敏原特异性IgE抗体阳性总检出率为80.00%,早期检出2种或2种以上的抗体阳性率为26.67%。多项检测分析结果显示,食物摄入性食物过敏最常见的为新鲜牛奶(30.00%)和蛋清(23.33%),其次为虾(20.00%)、牛肉(13.33%);其他主要过敏原依次为尘螨(10.00%)、狗毛发及皮屑(6.00%)、猫毛发及皮屑(3.33%)。结论:食物过敏原的过敏率比吸入过敏原高,新鲜牛奶为最常见过敏原。
Objective:To analyze the common allergens of infantile eczema and provide reference for diagnosis,treatment and prevention.Methods:From January to December 2019,30 cases of new eczema and allergen positive children were selected and analyzed by allergen detection system.Results:Among the 30 cases,16 cases(53.33%)were food allergen,10 cases(33.33%)were positive for inhalation allergy.4 cases(13.33%)were positive for food allergy and inhalation allergy.In 30 cases of infantile eczema,the total positive rate of allergen specific IgE antibody was 80.00%,the positive rate of two or more antibodies was 26.67%.The results of multiple tests showed that,the most common food allergy was fresh milk(30.00%)and egg white(23.33%),followed by shrimp(20.00%)and beef(13.33%).The other major allergens were dust mite(10.00%),dog hair and dander(6.00%),cat hair and dandruff(3.33%).Conclusion:The allergen rate of food allergens is higher than that of inhaled allergens,and fresh milk is the most common allergen.
