高低频联合彩超在结直肠癌肝转移诊断中的应用研究

Application of high frequency combined with low frequency color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer liver metastasis

目的:探讨结直肠癌肝转移接受高低频联合彩超诊断的临床价值。方法:2017年1月-2020年1月收治结直肠癌肝转移患者30例,所有患者接受临床治疗前均给予低频彩超以及高低频联合彩超检查,对超声表现特征进行总结。比较两种检查方法的临床诊断准确率。结果:高低频联合彩超诊断直径低于1.5 cm结直肠癌肝转移的检出率显著高于单纯低频彩超,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两种检查方法检测病灶直径超出1.5 cm的检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:临床中对于结直肠癌肝转移患者采取高低频联合彩超检查,可以良好地弥补低频超声分辨率低以及伪像干扰现象,能够明显提升临床结直肠癌肝转移疾病的检出率,降低漏诊的出现。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of high frequency combined with low frequency color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer liver metastasis.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2020,30 colorectal cancer patients with liver metastasis were selected,before clinical treatment,all patients were given low-frequency color Doppler ultrasound and high-low-frequency combined color Doppler ultrasound examination,we summarized the ultrasonic characteristics.We compared the clinical diagnostic accuracy of the two methods.Results:In the diagnosis of liver metastasis of colorectal cancer with diameter less than 1.5 cm,the detection rate of high frequency combined with low frequency color Doppler ultrasound was significantly higher than that of simple low-frequency color Doppler ultrasound,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the detection rate of lesions with diameter more than 1.5 cm between the two methods(P>0.05).Conclusion:In clinical practice,for patients with liver metastases from colorectal cancer,high frequency combined with low frequency color Doppler ultrasound can make up for the phenomenon of low-frequency ultrasound resolution and artifacts interference,it can significantly improve the detection rate of colorectal cancer liver metastasis and reduce the occurrence of missed diagnosis.
