延续性护理干预对慢阻肺患者肺功能指标和生活质量的调节效果分析

Effect of continuous nursing intervention on pulmonary function and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:分析延续性护理对慢阻肺患者肺功能指标及生活质量的影响。方法:2019年10月-2020年10月收治慢阻肺患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组给予普通护理;观察组给予延续性护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组患者肺功能各项指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施延续性护理,可改善慢阻肺患者肺功能,提升患者生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of continuous nursing intervention on pulmonary function and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:From October 2019 to October 2020,60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given general nursing.The observation group was given continuous nursing.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:The lung function indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of continuous nursing can improve the pulmonary function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and improve the quality of life of patients.
