新生儿耳道护理对新生儿听力筛查的影响分析

Analysis of the influence of neonatal ear canal nursing on neonatal hearing screening

目的:分析新生儿耳道护理对听力筛查的影响。方法:选取2018年5月-2019年11月进行听力筛查的新生儿126例,随机分为两组,各63例。对照组给予常规听力筛查护理;试验组给予新生儿耳道护理干预。比较两组初筛通过率、复筛通过率及家属护理满意度。结果:试验组新生儿初筛通过率及复筛通过率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组新生儿家属护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿耳道护理能够显著提高新生儿听力筛查效果,并有效改善新生儿听力筛查护理服务质量,提高新生儿家属的护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the influence of neonatal ear canal nursing on hearing screening.Methods:From May 2018 to November 2019,126 newborn infants who underwent hearing screening were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 63 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional hearing screening nursing.The experimental group was given neonatal ear canal nursing intervention.The primary screening pass rate,secondary screening pass rate and nursing satisfaction of family members were compared between the two groups.Results:The screening rate and screening rate of newborns in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of newborn family members in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Neonatal ear canal nursing can significantly improve the effect of neonatal hearing screening,and effectively improve the quality of newborn hearing screening nursing service,improve the nursing satisfaction of newborn family members.
