小儿预防接种的不良反应及干预对策

Adverse reactions of vaccination in children and intervention measures

目的:探讨小儿预防接种的不良反应及干预对策。方法:选取2017年1月-2020年1月在社区卫生服务中心预防接种的小儿50例,依据干预对策不同分为两组,各25例。试验组给予综合护理干预;对照组给予常规护理干预。统计分析两组小儿接种及时性、疼痛感、不良反应情况及家属满意度。结果:试验组小儿接种及时率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组疼痛行为(MBPS)评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组家属满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿预防接种综合护理干预较常规护理干预的效果更明显,能有效减少不良反应的发生。

Objective:To explore the adverse reactions of vaccination in children and intervention measures.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2020,50 children vaccinated in community health service centers were selected.According to different intervention strategies,they were divided into two groups with 25 cases in each group.The experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The control group was given routine nursing intervention.We analyzed the vaccination timeliness,pain,adverse reactions and family satisfaction of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the timely vaccination rate was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the score of pain behavior(MBPS)was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of family members in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with routine nursing intervention,the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention is more obvious in pediatric vaccination,which can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
