社区儿童保健中早期综合发展对婴幼儿生长发育的促进分析

Analysis on the promotion of early comprehensive development of community child health care on infant growth and development

目的:研究社区儿童保健中应用早期综合发展对婴幼儿生长发育的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年12月在社区实行儿童保健的婴幼儿180例,随机分为两组,各90例。对照组给予常规保健;试验组给予早期综合发展策略。比较两组应用效果。结果:试验组婴幼儿的血红蛋白水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组婴幼儿智能发育各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组婴幼儿营养性疾病率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组家属满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期综合发展策略用于社区儿童保健中,能促进婴幼儿智能发育及生长发育,提高保健质量。

Objective:To explore the influence of early comprehensive development of community child health care on infant growth and development.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2019,180 infants and young children with community health care were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 90 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health care.The experimental group was given early comprehensive development strategy.We compared the effects of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the hemoglobin level of infants was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the scores of infant intelligence development were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the infant nutritional disease rate was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the satisfaction rate of family members was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early comprehensive development strategy used in community child health care can promote the intelligent development and growth of infants and improve the quality of health care.
