“二维码”标准化视频在大隐静脉曲张手术患者健康教育中的应用

Application of"QR code"standardized video in health education for patients with great saphenous varices surgery

目的:探讨应用“二维码”标准化视频对大隐静脉曲张手术患者康复效果的影响。方法:选取2019年1-6月实施大隐静脉曲张手术的患者43例,作为对照组;选取2019年7-12月实施大隐静脉曲张手术的患者40例,作为观察组。观察组患者采用“二维码”标准化视频结合口头宣教模式开展从入院到出院的健康教育;对照组患者采用传统口头教育方式进行健康教育。比较两组患者踝泵运动达标率及满意度。结果:观察组患者踝泵运动达标率及满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用“二维码”标准化视频能够提高大隐静脉曲张手术患者的健康教育效果。

Objective:To explore the effect of"QR code"standardized video health education of patients with great saphenous varices surgery.Methods:From January to June 2019,43 cases of patients with great saphenous varices surgery were selected as control group.From July to December 2019,40 cases of patients were selected as observation group.The observation group used"QR code"standardized video combined with oral description education mode to carry out health education for patients from admission to discharge.The control group received health education during hospitalization by traditional oral education method.The rate of reaching the standard of ankle pump movement,the satisfaction of health education between two groups were compared.The rate of reaching the standard of ankle pump movement and the satisfaction of health education in observation group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using"QR code"standardized video can improve the health education effect of patients with great saphenous varices surgery.
