研究健康教育对疗养员身心健康的影响

Research on the effect of health education on the health of convalescent patients

目的:探析信息化健康教育对疗养员身心健康的相关影响。方法:选取本院2018年1-12月常见慢性疾病患者400例,随机分为两组,各200例。对照组给予常规护理管理;观察组应用信息化健康教育管理。比较两组患者生活质量评分(SF-36)。结果:观察组患者自护能力评分、康复效果评分及生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性疾病患者在常规健康教育基础上实施信息化健康教育,可显著提高患者自我护理能力及康复效果,有助于持续性改善生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of informatized health education on the physical and mental health of convalescent patients.Methods:From January to December 2018,400 cases of patients with chronic diseases were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 200 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing management,while the observation group applied informatized health education management.The quality of life scores(SF-36)of the two groups was compared.Results:The scores of self-care ability,rehabilitation effect and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of informatized health education on the basis of conventional health education for patients with chronic diseases can significantly improve their self-care ability and rehabilitation effect,it can help to improve the quality of life of patients.
