摘要
为筛选出品质优良的马铃薯新品种,提出一套马铃薯品质综合分析与评价方法,对参试的6个马铃薯品种进行了营养品质、加工品质和商品品质评价。结果表明,红美的营养品质最优,华薯3号加工品质和商品品质最优。综合品质分析,华薯3号最优。
In order to select new potato varieties with good quality,a set of comprehensive analysis and evaluation methods of potato quality was put forward,and the nutritional quality,processing quality and commodity quality of 6 potato varieties were evaluated.The results showed that Hongmei had the best nutritional quality,Huashu No.3 had the best processing quality and commodity quality,and Huashu No.3 was the best in comprehensive quality analysis.
