基于客户满意度的农产品冷链物流配送路径优化研究 被引量:8

摘要 中国传统的农产品冷链物流配送各站点之间缺乏协作,不仅造成资源浪费,也导致时间成本较高,客户满意度较低。本研究从客户满意度出发,在对农产品冷链物流配送路径优化的基础上,建立协同配送优化模型,并通过实例分析验证模型的有效性。结果表明,协同配送能够有效降低配送成本,提升配送效益,从而为冷链物流企业的高质量配送路径方案选择提供了相应的指导。 The lack of cooperation between the traditional agricultural products cold chain logistics distribution stations in China not only caused waste of resources,but also lead to high time cost and low customer satisfaction.Based on the optimization of agricultural products cold chain logistics distribution path,this study established the collaborative distribution optimization model from the per⁃spective of customer satisfaction,and verified the effectiveness of the model through case analysis.The results showed that,collabora⁃tive distribution can effectively reduce the distribution cost and improve the distribution efficiency,which provided the corresponding guidance for cold chain logistics enterprises to choose high-quality distribution path.
