新疆区域创新系统构成要素与疆外合作特征分析

摘要 新疆区域创新系统构成要素包括高校、企业、科研机构等。选取2013-2017年数据,通过分析新疆本科院校与疆外合作发表核心论文的特征、新疆主板上市公司与疆外合作发明专利的特征和新疆技术流向地域的特征,来反映新疆区域创新系统构成要素与疆外合作的特征。结果表明,①新疆本科院校与疆外合作发表核心论文的地域分布较广,且主要是东部经济发达地区;②新疆主板上市公司与疆外合作发明专利数量较少,企业与疆外技术合作较少;③新疆技术流向地域分布主要集中在中东部地区。最后为提高新疆与疆外技术合作提出一些对策和建议。 The elements of regional innovation system in Xinjiang included universities,enterprises and scientific research institu⁃tions.Based on the data from 2013 to 2017,this study analyzed the characteristics of external cooperation of Xinjiang regional innova⁃tion system elements by analyzing the characteristics of core papers published by Xinjiang undergraduate colleges with external coop⁃eration,the characteristics of patents invented by Xinjiang main board listed companies with external cooperation,and the characteris⁃tics of Xinjiang technology flow region.The results showed that,①the regional distribution of core papers published by Xinjiang under⁃graduate colleges with external cooperation was relatively wide,and mainly in the eastern economically developed areas;②the num⁃ber of patents invented by Xinjiang main board listed companies with external cooperation was less,and the technical cooperation be⁃tween enterprises and external cooperation was less;③the distribution of Xinjiang technology flow region was mainly concentrated in the central and eastern areas.Finally,some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to improve the technical cooperation be⁃tween Xinjiang and external cooperation.
