摘要
以某180×10^4 t/a甲醇合成装置为例,对其工艺进行了介绍,并总结了装置中的结蜡情况及其对甲醇生产的影响。针对现有在线除蜡工艺存在的降低负荷、蜡熔后未分离出系统等问题,在优化设计中增加了“甲醇除蜡器”等专用设备。优化后,在正常的甲醇生产负荷下,可实现装置中副产石蜡的局部富集与分离。投资与收益分析表明,该优化方案具有较好的经济效益,可为在线除蜡在煤化工、石油化工领域的应用提供借鉴。
Taking a 180×10^4 t/a methanol synthesis unit as an example,the technology was introduced,and the waxing phenomenon in the unit and its influence on methanol production were summarized.In view of the problem that the melted wax after reducing the load was not separated the system existing in the existing online wax removal process,the special equipment such as"methanol de-waxing device"was added in the optimization design.After optimization,the local enrichment and separation of by-product paraffin could be realized under the normal methanol production load.The analysis of investment and income show that the optimization scheme has good economic benefits,which can provide a reference for the application of online wax removal in the coal chemical and petrochemical fields.
