摘要
对原位红外光谱技术用于石油化工过程催化剂表面酸性、表面羟基、表面吸附行为的测定,以及用于加氢和甲烷化等典型催化反应机理研究进行了综述,认为该技术可以很好地剖析气固相催化反应机理。随着反应池固件以及联用技术的发展,原位红外光谱技术对于固液等反应体系机理研究存在很大的发展空间。
The application of in-situ infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)in the determination of surface acidity,surface hydroxyl groupsand surface adsorption behavior of the catalyst sused in petrochemical processes and typical catalytic reaction mechanisms such as hydrogenation and methanation were reviewed.It was considered that this technology could be used to analyze the gas-solid catalytic reaction mechanism well.And the in-situ FT-IR will have a great development space for the research of solid-liquid reaction system mechanism with the development of reaction tank firmware and combined technology.
