摘要
谭恩美是一位具有强烈的空间意识的美籍华裔作家。她的长篇小说善于书写仪式性空间、诗意性空间、异质性空间。其小说通过构建一个个“会说话的空间”,不仅呈现了大自然的地理风光,而且透视了小说人物的精神风貌,拓展了主题的意蕴。谭恩美长篇小说的这一空间叙事特征,凸显了小说的空间叙事魅力及作者的创作诉求。
Amy Tan is a Chinese American writer with strong perception of space.She always exhibits ritual space,poetic space,and heterogeneous space in her novels.Through constructing these colorful spaces that can talk,Tan delves into natural landscapes and spiritual outlook of characters,which endows her novels with unique artistic charm.
