摘要
针对阿塞拜疆的霍夫桑油田地质地层新、埋藏深、欠压实,易坍塌缩径和严重造浆,导致钻井复杂事故多、速度慢、周期长以及使用水基氯化钾聚合物体系,在性能控制、泥岩坍塌等方面仍存在诸多问题,通过室内实验和现场应用,确定采用低黏高切油包水钻井液体系在该区块三开井段施工。现场实践表明:该油包水钻井液性能稳定、抑制性强、机械钻速快,能够克服该地区的施工难题,值得推广。
In view of the shortcomings in Hovsan Oilfield of Azerbaijan,such as the new geological formation,buried depth,undercompaction,severe pulping and borehole shrinkage,many problems exist in this oilfield like complicated drilling accidents as well as slow speeds and long cycles.And there are still many other problems existed in the application of potassium chloride polymer,especially in performance control and mudstone collapse.In order to solve the above problems,water-in-oil drilling fluid is chosen to be used in this oilfield through laboratory tests and field applications.The field practice shows that the water-in-oil drilling fluid has stable performance,strong inhibition and fast mechanical drilling speed,which can overcome the construction difficulties in the area and is worth popularizing.
