摘要
摩擦阻力系数是设计油气管道的关键参数,准确计算摩擦阻力损失有利于合理设计管道流量,有效降低运输成本,提高输送效率。在研究已有计算粗糙管水力摩阻系数方法的基础上,比较各显式方程的计算方法与精度,提出两种显式Colebrook-White方程计算模型,建立一种精确且计算简便的显式Colebrook-White方程,并进行实验验证。结果表明,气、液体摩阻实验与该方程的拟合程度均在0.95以上,新的显式Colebrook-White方程具有较高的计算精度,验证所建立方程的准确性。
Friction resistance coefficient is the key to design of oil and gas pipelines,Colebrook-White equation is a classical method for calculating hydraulic friction coefficient of rough pipe.This paper investigated the research status of explicit Colebrook-White equation,compared the calculation precision of different explicit formulas,gave the new explicit Colebrook-White equation and carried out experimental verification.The experiment result shows that the new explicit Colebrook-White equation is more accurate,the fitting degree of gas and liquid friction test is above 0.95.
