摘要 冲击响应谱技术是在实验室环境下模拟复杂冲击环境的重要技术手段,所以研究冲击响应谱合成时域波形十分重要。构建冲击响应谱的相对位移模型,利用冲激响应不变法设计数字滤波器,完成冲击响应谱的计算;选取正弦窗基波作为合成基波的基本波形,给出了确定基波波形参数的表达式,并通过迭代对幅值进行修正。仿真结果表明:用上述方法计算得到的冲击响应谱在目标谱的容差范围内,能够满足试验规范要求。该方法可广泛应用于冲击试验,具有一定的推广价值。 Shock response spectrum technology is the important technical means for simulating complex impact environments in laboratory environment,so it is important to study the synthesis time-domain waveforms of shock response spectrum.The relative displacement model of the shock response spectrum was constructed.The shock response invariant method was used to design the digital filter,and the calculation of shock response spectrum was completed.Taking the sinusoidal fundamental wave as the basic waveform of the synthetic fundamental,the expressions of the fundamental waveform parameters were determined,and the amplitudes were corrected by iteration.The simulation results show that the shock response spectrum calculated by using the above method can meet the requirements of the test specification within the tolerance range of the target spectrum.The method can be widely used in shock test and has certain promotion value.
