基于AMESim精冲机主缸液压系统的仿真与研究 被引量:10

摘要 以某精冲机的主缸液压系统为研究对象,分析精冲机液压系统的工作原理,改进原有主缸液压系统,增加调速模块。建立蓄能器的数学模型,从理论上找到了影响蓄能器性能的主要参数,运用AMESim软件建立精冲机的主缸液压系统仿真模型,分析蓄能器各项主要参数对主缸冲裁频率的影响,并且建立调速模块的HCD仿真模型,研究相关主要参数对调速模块动态性能的影响。结果表明:蓄能器预充气压力、体积、接口尺寸对精冲机冲裁频次有较大影响,减压阀初始开口量为5 mm、节流孔尺寸为2 mm时减压阀动态性能较好。 Taking the hydraulic system of the master cylinder of a fine punching machine as the research object,the working principle of the hydraulic system of the fine punching machine was analyzed,the hydraulic system of the original master cylinder was improved,and the speed regulating module was added.The mathematical model of the accumulator was established,and the main parameters affecting the performance of the accumulator were theoretically found.The simulation model of the master cylinder hydraulic system of the fine punching machine was established by using AMESim software,and the influence of the main parameters of the accumulator on the punching frequency were analyzed.The HCD simulation model of the speed control valve module was established.The influence of the main parameters on the dynamic performance of the speed control valve was studied.The results show that the accumulator pre-inflation pressure,volume and interface size have a great influence on the punching frequency of the fine punching machine;when the initial opening amount of the pressure reducing valve is 5 mm and the orifice size is 2 mm,the dynamic performance of the pressure reducing valve is better.
