摘要
在我们白酒勾调研发过程中,常常需要同时考察3个或3个以上的试验因素,若进行全面试验,则试验的规模将很大,往往因试验条件的限制而难于实施。正交设计是安排多因素试验、寻求最优水平组合的一种高效率试验设计方法。实验运用正交设计实验,大大缩小了实验次数,减少了原材料、人工、时间等成本,结合感官品评和仪器分析得出苦荞酒的最佳配比。
In the process of liquor blending research and development, it is often necessary to investigate three or more factors at the same time. If a comprehensive test is carried out, the scale of the test will be very large, and it is difficult to be carried out because of the restriction of the test conditions.Orthogonal design is a method of arranging multi-factor experiment and seeking the best combination of levels, and it is of high efficiency. In this experiment, the orthogonal design experiment was used to reduce the experiment times, the cost of raw materials,labor and time.
