摘要
本文针对某毫米波探测组件系统的测试问题,运用LabVIEW图形化编程语言,实现了对USB-CANII高性能CAN接口卡通过调用专用库函数进行二次编程,完成辐射源方位码测试终端数据的接收、查询、存储以及参数控制。结果表明:基于事件结构与传统设计模式相结合的设计思维,很大程度上简化了编程,提高了LabVIEW运行效率;USB-CANII专用库函数极大地方便辐射源方位码测试终端开发二次编程并进行收发数据的并行处理;测试程序主体架构较直观,方便初学者快速掌握编程要点,缩短软件开发时间,提高测试效率。
In dealing with the test for millimeter wave detection components,this paper realized the secondary programming of USBCANⅡthrough CAN interface to complete the receiving,query,storage and parameter control by calling the special library function based on LabVIEW.The result showed that the operating efficiency of LabVIEW was improved and the programming was simplified based on the combination of event structure and traditional design mode.The secondary programming to test terminal of radiation source azimuth code and parallel processing of receiving&transmitting data were greatly helped by USBCANⅡ.Thanks to the intuitive structure,the efficiency was improved,the time to develop a software was shortened,and the beginners could quickly grasp the key points for programming.
