AIoT技术在绿色智能建筑楼宇自控系统中的最新发展和应用探究 被引量:39

摘要 当前,在以人工智能和物联网为代表的各类先进技术高速发展和有力推动下,建筑业智能化和信息化随之快速发展,智能建筑、绿色智能建筑、超智能建筑以及智慧建筑等概念层出不穷.结合实际,首先针对AIoT(Artificial Intelligence&Internet of Things)技术、智慧建筑内涵及其人工云脑等内容进行介绍,随后开展了针对人工智能和物联网等技术为基础的AIoT在实际绿色智能建筑楼宇自控中的融合应用研究,主要包括基于AIoT的智能建筑楼宇自控系统总体层级架构、智能自动照明系统的节能优化控制及其故障诊断与预测等研究,积极构建“AIoT+智慧建筑”的理想组合,从而掌握应用人工智能和物联网理论、技术解决实际问题的方法,为行业工程技术人员提供切实可行的工程设计思路和整体解决方案,从而为真正实现建筑的“绿色化”和“智能化”打下基础,为智能建筑向超智能建筑以及智慧建筑的进一步转化创造条件. At present,with the rapid development and strong promotion of all kinds of advanced technologies represented by artificial intelligence and the internet of things,the intelligent and informatization of the construction industry are developing rapidly,and the concepts of intelligent building,green intelligent building,super intelligent building and intelligent building emerge in endlessly.Combined with the actual situation,this paper first introduces the technology of AIoT(Artificial Intelligence&Internet of things),the connotation of intelligent architecture and its artificial cloud brain,etc.Then,the application of AIoT in the actual green intelligent building automation is carried out based on the technology of artificial intelligence and internet of things,mainly including the research on the overall level structure of the intelligent building automation system based on AIoT,the energy saving optimization control of the intelligent automatic lighting system and its fault diagnosis and prediction.The ideal combination of“AIoT+intelligent building”is constructed so as to master the method of applying the theory and technology of artificial intelligence and internet of things to solve practical problems,and provide practical engineering design ideas and overall solutions for engineering technicians in the industry,so as to lay the foundation for the real realization of“green”and“intelligent”building,and create conditions for the further transformation of intelligent building to super intelligent building and intelligent building.
