中国特色社会主义进入新时代,高等院校教工党支部建设面临新的机遇和挑战。要努力探寻制约基层党组织建设的主要因素,充分发挥基层党组织政治优势和思想政治引领作用。通过完善基层党组织的价值理论体系,不断激发基层党组织的活力机制,形成加强和完善基层党组织建设的基本方略,凸显高等院校基层党组织的政治功能、教育功能、服务功能,最大限度发挥基层党组织的战斗堡垒作用。

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the construction of the party branch of university faculty faces new opportunities and challenges.Efforts should be made to explore the main reasons that constrain the construction of grass-roots party organizations,by improving the value theory system for grass-roots party organizations,it will continue to stimulate the vitality mechanism of organizations,form a basic strategy for strengthening and improving organizations,highlight political functions,educational functions and service functions of grass-roots party organizations in national universities.This study give full play to the role of the fighting fortress of these party organizations of minority universities.
