自我的救赎与寻根的异途——论《平凡的世界》的叙事图景与文学史意义

Self-Redemption and the Unusual Way of Root-Searching——On Narrative Pattern and Significance in Literature History of The Ordinary World

《平凡的世界》是20世纪80年代文学无法归类的独特存在,其文学史意义一直未能有学理上的精准认定。小说醉心于人际关系书写,以“女性拯救与男青年的自我重建”和“世事激变与新能人的崛起上位”的繁复主题,来表达自我救赎的哲理思考:一方面与反思文学、改革文学等80年代文学构成有效对话,另一方面又与《青春之歌》隐蔽呈现跨越时代的互文关系,是红色文学经典的当代承传。路遥有教化社会、感化青年的责任担当,在寻根小说的文学现场与精神氛围中,他以亲历历史的情绪体验,重寻土地情结和诗教传统的中国文学经验,走上了自己的寻根异途。这种重建民族文化自信的思想特质,直接奠定了《平凡的世界》在20世纪80年代文学中的经典意义与审美价值。

This paper examines Lu yao’s representative novel-The Ordinary World in terms of its theme of self-redemption and its correlation with many contemporary works.In particular,it studies how this novel manages to enlighten the young with its philosophical thinking of self-redemption,and how it succeeds in finding an exordinary way of searching for traditions,which establishes its status as a literary classic with unique aesthetic value in Chinese literature of the 1980s.
