摘要
针对汽车门盖PVC气泡问题进行了多因素分析,分别从空腔形成因素、环境因素和PVC材料工艺因素3方面入手,详细分析了折边胶涂胶、压合开口、单件翘边、环境温度、PVC烘干炉温度、PVC厚度、PVC与外板端面对中性和PVC性能8项工艺因素对PVC气泡的影响和具体控制方法,同时对PVC气泡控制流程和具体实施细节进行了详述,为整车厂PVC气泡控制提供参考。
Multi-factor analysis is conducted for the PVC bubbles of automobile door and cover,starting from 3 aspects:cavity formation factor,environmental factor and PVC material process factor,and analyzing in detail the influence and specific control methods of 8 process factors on PVC bubbles,including folding glue application,hemming opening,single piece warpage,environmental temperature,PVC drying oven temperature,PVC thickness,PVC neutrality with outer panel end face and PVC performance,as well as detailing the PVC bubble control process and specific implementation details to provide reference for PVC bubble control in the auto OEMs.
