摘要
增材制造又被称作3D打印,是近年来快速发展的先进智能制造技术,被誉为将是引领第四次工业革命的核心技术之一。预期增材制造技术将在核能行业有非常广泛的应用前景。目前核能行业增材制造标准化工作相对落后,某种程度上已成为影响增材制造这一颠覆性创新技术在核能行业广泛应用的限制因素。本文广泛调研了国内外增材制造技术标准化建设的现状,结合我国核能行业的实际情况,提出了核能行业标准体系建设的建议。
Additive manufacturing,also known as 3D printing,is an advanced intelligent manufacturing technology with rapid development in recent years,which is regarded as one of the core technologies leading the fourth industrial revolution.It is expected that additive manufacturing technology will have a very wide application prospect in the nuclear energy industry.At present,the standardization of additive manufacturing in the nuclear energy industry is relatively backward,which has become a limiting factor for the widespread application of additive manufacturing.In this paper,the current situation of standardization construction of additive manufacturing technology at home and abroad was investigated.According to the actual situation of nuclear energy industry in China,some suggestions on standardization of nuclear energy industry are put forward.
