放射性废物处理中心超压工艺技术应用

摘要 为了满足废物最小化要求,田湾核电站建立了放射性废物处理中心,专门用于处理机组运行时产生的放射性废物,其中废树脂采用热态超压压缩处理工艺,干废物采用超级压实处理工艺,这两种工艺都要通过超压工艺进行减容处理。以田湾核电站放射性废物处理中心超压工艺为例,介绍超压工艺设备组成、工艺流程、模拟试验情况以及需要关注的问题,对超压工艺设备国产化前景进行了展望。 In order to satisfy the requirement of waste minimization,the radioactive waste treatment center has been built in Tianwan Nuclear Power Station to treat the radioactive wastes generated during the operation of units,in which the spent resin will be treated with hot-super compaction process,and dry waste will be treated with super compaction process.All the two processes take the super compaction process to realize the volume reduction.The paper takes super compaction process of Tianwan Nuclear Power Station as an example to introduce the equipment composition,the process flow,simulation test and some issues which need to be concerned.The domestication perspective of the super compaction process is prospected.
