摘要
采用高频疲劳试验机对SZA-4和SZA-6两种国产新锆合金进行了320℃、343℃及385℃疲劳试验,用SEM分析了疲劳断口特征。结果表明,随着试验温度从320℃增加至343℃,两种合金疲劳极限均明显下降,但试验温度进一步增加至385℃时,疲劳极限不变;SZA-4的疲劳极限下降趋势对温度的敏感性比SZA-6高,疲劳试样最后的断裂方式为典型的微孔聚集型韧性断裂,韧窝表现为抛物线孔坑。
The fatigue life of SZA-4 and SZA-6 at 320℃,343℃and 385℃were measured by high frequency fatigue testing machine,and the fatigue fracture were analyzed by SEM technology.The results show that with the experimental temperature increased from 320℃to 343℃,the two kinds of alloy fatigue limit were significantly decreased,but the experimental temperature increased to 385℃,fatigue limit show almost no change.The fatigue limit of SZA-4,and the final fracture mode of the fatigue specimen is typical of micro air series toughness fracture,and the fossa is represented by parabolic hole.
