摘要
第五代核能系统的概念是我国提出的重要科学概念,但其特性尚未有明确界定。本文从公众接受性的角度出发,总结了现有核能系统的在公众接受性方面存在的问题,而后提出第五代核能系统将面临的公众接受性新挑战,最终给出了6个第五代核能系统应该满足的公众接受性要求,包括:事故易处理性、退役便利性、设计灵活性、运维智能性、系统接入性和社会融入性。
The Generation V nuclear energy system is an important scientific concept proposed by China,but its characteristics have not been clearly defined.From the perspective of public acceptance,this article summarizes the problems of the public acceptance of existing nuclear power systems,and then puts forward the new public acceptance challenges that the Generation V nuclear power system will face,and finally gives out six public acceptance requirements that Generation V nuclear power systems should meet,including easy handling of accidents,convenient decommissioning,flexible design,intelligent operation and maintenance,system accessibility and social integration.
