摘要
为研究APP内的用户行为,优化用户体验,提出基于自动工具的用户行为捕捉与分析方法。基于一种用户行为捕捉工具CAUX,设计具有情境感知能力的数据采集模块,自动捕捉指定APP内的用户行为数据,无需修改APP源代码,对用户干扰性低。基于图像对比算法,建立数据分析平台,自动识别并输出用户行为序列。对用户行为序列进行聚类分析,总结用户行为模式并与预期任务序列进行比较,可以发现可用性问题。以有道词典为案例,验证了该方法的可行性。
To study the user behavior in an APP and optimize the user experience,a user behavior capture and analysis method based on an automatic tool was proposed.Based on the CAUX,which was a user behavior capture tool,a context-aware data acquisition module was designed to automatically capture user behavior data in a specified APP.This method did not need to modify the APP source code,and it caused little interference to the user.Based on an image comparison algorithm,a data analysis platform was established to automatically identify and output user behavior sequences.The usability problem was found by clustering analysis of user behavior sequences,summarizing user behavior pattern and comparing it with expected task sequences.The feasibility of this method was verified by a case study.
