摘要
非松香型施胶剂目前常用的主要包括烷基烯酮二聚物(AKD)、烯基琥珀酸酐(ASA)等。由于AKD的施胶效率比ASA高,不需现场乳化,且水解倾向不如ASA明显,纸机湿部较为清洁,较少有黏辊和结垢问题,因此AKD比ASA应用的更为普遍。本文主要探讨添加不同电解质氯化钠、氯化镁及不同电解质浓度对AKD Pickering乳液稳定性的影响,并考察AKD乳液对机械浆及化学浆施胶效果的影响。
The rosin sizing agent at present commonly used mainly including alkyl ketene dimer(AKD)and alkenyl succinic anhydride(ASA),etc.As a result of the AKD sizing efficiency higher than ASA,without on-site emulsion,hydrolysis and tend to be less ASA,paper machine wet end cleaner,less sticky roller and fouling problem,so the AKD was more prevalent than the application of ASA.This article mainly from the adding different electrolyte sodium chloride,magnesium chloride and electrolyte concentration on AKD Pickering emulsion stability.And examine the AKD emulsion of mechanical pulp and chemical pulp sizing effect.
