水性光油制备与性能的应用研究

水性光油作为一种环保光油,在印刷行业得到广泛应用。其主要成分是水性丙烯酸树脂乳液,配以耐摩擦剂、润湿剂、聚乙烯蜡乳液、消泡剂、水等组成。通过气刀、凹版印刷、柔版印刷、丝印等方式进行上料,要求纸张具有良好的耐摩擦、抗刮擦、防黏、印刷过程中不掉色等性能。通过自制光油,使用气刀涂布方式,涂布量控制在2.0 g/m^2。通过实验室实验与上机中试,得出较为合理的配方:水性丙烯酸树脂乳液85%、聚乙烯蜡乳液6%、耐摩擦剂1.0%、润湿剂3.0%、消泡剂1.0%、水4%。

As an environmentally friendly varnish,waterborne varnish has been widely used in printing industry.The main components of varnish are water-borne acrylic resin emulsion,antifriction agent,wetting agent,polyethylene wax emulsion,defoamer and water.Through air knife,intaglio printing,flexographic printing,silk screen printing and other methods of feeding,the paper is required to have good friction resistance,scratch resistance,adhesion resistance,and no fading in the printing process.Through self-made varnish and air knife coating,the coating amount is controlled at 2.0 g/m^2,and the general coating amount in the industry is controlled at 5.0-6.0 g/m^2.Through the pilot test,a more reasonable formulation process was obtained from laboratory and pilot tests.The waterborne acrylic resin emulsion 85%,polyethylene emulsion 6%,friction resistance agent 1%,wetting agent 3%,defoamer 1%,water 4%.
