摘要
介绍了在铜版原纸的实际生产中,对阔叶浆品牌中配用的巴西巨尾桉木浆替换为澳洲蓝桉浆(国内某制浆工厂生产)进行实验对比结果显示:替换澳洲蓝桉浆打浆能耗基本相当,原纸内聚力、厚度下降,首程留着率降低,网下白水浓度升高。
This paper introduces the experimental comparison between Eucalyptus grandis x urophylla pulp and Eucalyptus globulus Labill pulp(produced by a domestic pulping factory)in the actual production of base paper for coated papers,and the comprehensive comparison with the fiber analysis data.The results showed that the energy consumption of beating is almost the same,the cohesion and thickness of the base paper decrease,the retention rate of the first pass decreases and the concentration of white water under the wire increases.
