考虑设备故障率时变特性的电网检修计划优化编制 被引量:16

摘要 针对传统基于固定故障率系数的电网检修优化方法可能因运行过程中设备故障率变化导致电网运行风险增加的问题,在经典的设备故障率“浴盆曲线”基础上,考虑检修后故障率变化,提出一种量化故障率时变特性的设备故障率矩阵;将其嵌入检修计划优化编制问题中,提出一种考虑设备故障率时变特性的电网检修计划优化编制方法。最后利用IEEE-30节点系统构造算例,验证了所提出方法的有效性。 The traditional optimization method of power grid maintenance scheduling usually uses fixed equipment failure rate coefficient,which is easy to cause the problem that the actual operation risk of power grid exceeds the expectation caused by the change in equipment failure rate.Therefore,considering the change of the equipment failure rate after maintenance,the paper proposes a equipment failure rate matrix to quantify the time-varying characteristics of the equipment failure rate based on bathtub curve for the equipment failure rate.The failure rate matrix is embedded into the optimal formulation for the power grid maintenance scheduling,based on which the paper proposes the optimal formulation method for the power grid maintenance scheduling considering the time-varying characteristics of the equipment failure rate.Finally,the calculation example based on IEEE 30-node system verifies the effectiveness of the method.
