摘要 为了适应最新公布的《江苏省装配式建筑综合评定标准(DB32/T0000—2020)》计算规则,文章将此标准与《江苏省装配式建筑预制装配率计算细则(试行)》进行对比分析,以3个剪力墙结构装配式建筑工程为案例,应用上述2种算法,分别计算了各建筑单体的预制装配率并比较分析计算数据差异。结果表明,新标准对装配式建筑评定要求更高,各项计算规则变动较大,且不再将预制装配率作为唯一评价标准,以往的装配路径很大程度上不再适应新算法。在此基础上,对剪力墙结构的装配式建筑方案设计提出建议,为工程设计人员提供参考依据。 In order to adapt to the newly published Jiangsu comprehensive assessment standard for assembled buildings(DB32/T0000—2020)prefabricated assembly rate calculation rules,this paper combines the new standards with the Jiangsu prefabricated assembly rate calculation rules for assembled buildings(trial)the prefabricated assembly rate calculation rules for prefabricated concrete buildings are compared and analyzed.Taking three prefabricated concrete construction projects as examples,the above two standards are applied to calculate the prefabricated assembly rate of each prefabricated concrete building respectively,and compare and analyze the difference in calculation data.The results show that the new standard has higher requirements for the evaluation of prefabricated buildings,and no longer regards the prefabricated assembly rate as the only evaluation standard.Besides,various calculation rules have changed greatly,and the previous assembly path is no longer adapted to the new algorithm to a large extent.Combine these analysis results,suggestions are made for the design of prefabricated concrete buildings to provide reference for engineering designers.
