摘要
为了研究预制装配式钢筋混凝土剪力墙层间水平接缝钢板螺栓连接剪力墙的抗震性能,文章设计一榀水平接缝外包双钢板高强螺栓连接的预制剪力墙足尺模型,考虑竖向拉力的不利情况,利用有限元模拟软件ABAQUS进行低周往复循环加载模拟并进行实际试验。通过对比模拟与实际试验的滞回曲线、骨架曲线、刚度退化曲线、等效粘滞阻尼系数曲线等,分析该构件的受力性能。结果表明:试验和模拟整体破坏形态结果较为吻合,表现为墙角混凝土压溃,连接接缝处混凝土部分脱落,下部墙体裂缝呈45°交叉延伸,参数设置合理可靠;模拟由于材料本构关系理想化,整体性较好,滞回曲线较饱满,但整体曲线变化趋势符合实际试验情况,加载至峰值点后,模拟整体刚度退化趋势与试验相接近,可见模拟传力路径较贴近实际试验;试验接缝处的相对滑移也会影响结构的耗能,螺栓与钢板及混凝土表面的接触处理仍有待细化研究。
To study the seismic behavior of prefabricated reinforced concrete shear wall with steel plate and bolt connection,vertical force were considered,using the finite element simulation software ABAQUS to low cycle load simulation and experiment was carried out.By comparing the hysteretic curve,skeleton curve,stiffness degradation curve and equivalent viscous damping coefficient curve of simulation and experiment,the mechanical performance of the component is analyzed.The results of the test and the simulation are consistent with the overall failure pattern.It is shown that the concrete in the corner is crushed,the concrete at the joint part falls off,the cracks in the lower wall show 45 cross extension,and the parameters are set reasonably and reliably.Due to the idealized constitutive relation of material,the simulation has good integrity and full hysteresis curve,but the overall curve change trend conforms to the actual test situation.After loading to the peak point,the simulated global stiffness degradation trend is close to the test,so the simulated force transfer path is closer to the actual test.The relative slippage at the test joint also affects the energy dissipation of the structure.
