摘要
灌浆套筒在装配式混凝土结构中用来连接水平和竖向钢筋。在实际灌浆时,由于各种因素会出现套筒灌浆料未能填满套筒内腔的情况,为深入了解灌浆缺陷对连接套筒力学性能的影响,通过数学建模和数值模拟对竖向受力钢筋灌浆套筒的单调拉伸进行了分析,并与已有试验数据进行对比,得到了可靠的分析结果,可作为装配式混凝土结构设计和施工的依据。
Grouting sleeves are used in prefabricated concrete buildings to connect the horizontal and vertical steel bars.In actual grouting process,grouting materials can not fill the whole sleeve cavity due to various factors.In order to understand the influence of grouting defects on mechanical properties of grouting sleeve connections,mathematical model and numerical simulation method have been applied to analyze the monotonic stretch of vertical grouting sleeves.Reliable analysis results have been received based on comparison of theoretical and experimental data,which can be acted as standards for prefabricated concrete structure design and construction.
