某商业综合体由于招商需求进行改造加固,恰逢《建筑抗震设计规范》修定,苏州地区抗震设防烈度由6度提高至7度。通过对加固范围内改造前后主体结构重力代表值、结构刚度等的变化,结合当地地方相关规范,按原抗震设防烈度进行改造设计,并对结构关键连接节点进行针对性设计。在场地受限情况下较好地实现设计要求,可为今后同类工程设计及施工提供参考。

A commercial complex was transformed and strengthened because of investment.According to the lastest《code for seismic design of building》,the seismic fortification intensity of Suzhou is 7 degrees.Through comparison and analysis,the project was transformed and strengthened according to the original seismic fortification intensity.Key connections were designed specifically.The reinforcement design provides reference for similar engineering design and construction in the future.
