摘要
钢结构桁架体系在大跨度结构领域中拥有着广泛的应用。该工程由多条长跨输气管道组成,文章以其中1条支座跨度为76 m跨河段管道为例说明在钢结构栈桥设计过程中需要注意的一些问题。设计过程考虑了多方面的因素:工艺布置条件、结构计算简图、计算模型建立、管道荷载、滑动柱脚设计、模型校核等。综合现场施工条件后,栈桥参考了一端固定一端铰接的单跨超静定梁的计算模型,主体结构采用了钢结构桁架体系,栈桥整体模型采用一端刚接支座,另一端滑动铰接的支承形式;钢结构下部均为混凝土柱构件,固定端采用出头锚栓设计,滑动端采用锚栓滑移支座。经过设计验算,工程满足刚度、强度、稳定性等要求。工程的设计成果也可为其余类似工程提供参考。
The steel truss has been widely applied in the field of large-span structure.This project is composed of several attached similar bridges and the paper will show some key points during the designing process based on a river-crossing bridge with 76m span distance.It has been considered many factors such as initial condition,computing model,modelling,pipeline loads,slide bearings,analysing,etc.The bridge finally refers to the model with fixed bearing on the one side and hinge-sliding bearing on the other side.The steel truss system has been adopted in main body and under the steel structrue is the steel reinforced concrete frame.The bearings all settled with anchor bolts while giving sliding space for the slided bearing.After analysing the FEM model,the deformation,strength and stability of the bridge structure are confirmed to accord with relevant technical standards.This design achievements can be also considered as the reference for other similar engineeing.
