"治理体系和治理能力现代化"成为党和国家的明确奋斗目标。其中,农村治理体系和治理能力现代化处于基础地位和具有前提作用,因此,必须给予高度重视。应该说,目前农村治理体系和治理能力现代化成效显著,这在制度化、多元主体、内容和形式多样性等方面表现突出;但是,其明显不足在于离体系化、科学性、全局性、战略眼光、资源共享、合作共赢、中国式现代化等还有很大距离,这是需要今后补齐的短板和进一步努力的方向。

"Modernization of governance system and governance capacity" has become a clear goal of the Party and the country. The modernization of rural governance system and governance capacity is in the basic position and has the prerequisite function, therefore, it must be given high attention. It should be said that, at present, the modernization of rural governance system and governance capacity has achieved remarkable results, which are prominent in the aspects of institutionalization, diversity of subjects, contents and forms. However, it is still far from being systematic, scientific, holistic, strategic, resource-sharing, win-win cooperative, and Chinese-style modernized. These are areas of weakness that need to be addressed and where further efforts should be made.
