摘要
清廉感知是公众对公职人员清廉程度的评价,关乎政治信任和执政合法性。以2015年中国综合社会调查(CGSS)数据为基础,通过多元线性回归模型探讨公共服务满意度对清廉感知的直接和间接影响机制,发现:公共服务满意度对清廉感知具有显著的直接影响,表现为公众的公共服务满意度越高,其对公职人员的清廉感知水平越高;底线和民生保障型公共服务满意度对清廉感知影响更大,尤其是社会管理和社会保障满意度。此外,公共服务满意度还通过社会公平感知这一间接路径正向作用于公众的清廉感知。
Honesty perception is related to political trust and ruling legitimacy.It means the public s evaluation of the degree of honesty of public officials.Based on Chinese General Social Survey 2015(CGSS2015)and using multiple linear regression model,this study examined the direct and indirect influence mechanism of public service satisfaction on honesty perception.Findings showed that public service satisfaction imposes a positive and significant effect on honesty perception directly,which shows that the higher public service satisfaction is,the higher is honesty perception.Meanwhile,the public service satisfaction of bottom line type and people s livelihood type has a greater impact on honesty perception,especially the satisfaction of social management and social security.In addition,public service satisfaction also has a positive effect on honesty perception through the indirect path of social fairness.
