摘要
新一轮科技革命和产业革命需要新型的工科人才,这对培养高素质应用型人才的应用型本科高校提出了新的要求。现行的应用型本科高校在开展新工科建设中往往存在教师缺乏工程实践经验、教学科研仪器设备不能为新工科人才培养形成有力的条件保障、课程体系构建更注重学术性等问题。基于这些问题,探索以校企多方合作为支撑的应用型本科高校新工科建设的实践思路有助于提高应用型人才培养质量,这些新思路包括:一是以新工科专业知识体系包含不同专业知识交叉融合的特点为依据,打破学科专业藩篱,以专业群的方式重新构建教学团队;二是不断寻求先进企业开展校企协同创新,构建适合新工科发展需要的多层次校内外实践基地,校企共同建设高水平双师型师资队伍,以成果导向的理念,根据企业的需求,构建多学科交叉融合的课程体系。这样的探索实践为新工科建设背景下人才培养模式改革提供了新途径,为其他应用型高校新工科师资队伍、实践基地和课程体系建设提供一定的借鉴。
With the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution,new engineering talents are required,which has put forward new requirements for applied undergraduate universities to cultivate high-quality applied talents.In the current application-oriented universities,there are some problems in the construction of new engineering,such as the lack of engineering practical experienced teachers,the inability of teaching and scientific research equipment to form a strong guarantee for the training of new engineering talents,and the more academic emphasis on the construction of curriculum system.Based on these problems,to explore the applied undergraduate colleges and universities of university-enterprise cooperation to support the new practice of the construction of the engineering thinking helps to improve the quality of applied talents training,these new ideas include:first,a new engineering professional knowledge system containing different professional knowledge on the basis of the characteristics of the cross fusion,aiming to break the barriers of subjects,and rebuilding the teaching teamin the form of a professional group;Second,a constant pursuitfor advanced enterprises to carry out school-enterprise collaborative innovation,to build multi-level internal and external practice bases suitable for the development of new engineering,and to jointly build a team of high-level double-qualified teachers.Based on the results-oriented concept and according to the needs of enterprises,a multidisciplinary curriculum system should be built.Such exploration and practice provides decision support for the reform of talent training mode under the background of new engineering construction,and has a good reference significance for the construction of new engineering faculty,practice base and curriculum system in application-oriented universities.
