摘要
为了研究建筑施工安全管理定量化评价方法,针对安全管理评价的模糊性、不确定性、时序性的特点。将可变模糊优选模型应用于安全管理评价,其中权重采用层次分析法和熵权法耦合确定,使其融合了原始数据信息与科研人员对科学问题的认识。基于该模型对淮安市10个建设工程项目进行可变模糊综合评判,各企业建筑施工安全管理水平综合隶属度排序与工程实际安全管理水平排序具有较好的吻合度,可为现有施工安全管理评价及决策提供一定的借鉴和支持。
In order to study the quantitative evaluation method of construction safety management,aiming at the characteristics of fuzziness,uncertainty and time sequence of safety management evaluation.The variable fuzzy recognition model is applied to safety management evaluation,in which the weight is determined by the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy method,which combines the original data information and the scientific researcher's understanding of scientific issues.Based on this model,the variable fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of 10 construction projects in Huai'an City is carried out.The comprehensive membership degree ranking of the construction safety management level of each enterprise is in good agreement with the actual engineering safety management level ranking,which can be used for the existing construction safety management Evaluation and decision-making provide certain reference and support.
