宁波市“互联网+”产后护理项目试运行期间网约护士上门服务体验的质性研究

Qualitative research on visiting service experiences of online nurses during trial operation of Ningbo"Internet+"postnatal care project

目的探讨网约护士上门服务真实的心理体验,为深入推进“互联网+”护理服务提供参考依据。方法采用现象学研究方法对2019年10月~2020年4月在宁波市云医院平台上接单完成上门服务的网约护士进行面对面的半结构深度访谈,以分析网约护士实施“互联网+”产后护理项目的体验感受及支持需求。结果本研究对10位在宁波市三甲医院产科工作的网约护士进行深入访谈,通过分析、整理和提炼主题,获得网约护士对“互联网+”产后护理项目的服务体验,可归纳为3个主题:①同时存在积极心理体验和负性心理体验;②负性心理的影响因素主要来自护理组织氛围;③产褥期产妇及家庭的上门服务需求较大。结论管理者应充分认识网约护士的负性心理体验,重视积极心理体验的培养,挖掘产后护理项目上门服务需求,提升和拓展产科护士的专业价值。

Objective To explore the real psychological experiences of online nurse visiting service,and to provide reference basis for further promoting"Internet+"nursing service.Methods The phenomenological research method was used to conduct face-to-face semi-structured in-depth interviews with online nurses who received orders and completed visiting service on the platform of Ningbo Cloud Hospital from October 2019 to April 2020,so as to analyze their experiences,feelings and support needs in implementing the"Internet+"postpartum care project.Results In this study,in-depth interviews were conducted with 10 online nurses working in the department of obstetrics of the third-grade A Hospital in Ningbo.Through analyzing,sorting out and refining the topics,the service experiences of online nurses on the Internet+postpartum care project were obtained,which can be summarized into three topics:①Positive and negative psychological experiences were both observed.②The influencing factors of negative psychology mainly came from the atmosphere of nursing organization.③The visiting service were much needed by lying-in women in the puerperium and their families.Conclusion Managers should fully understand the negative psychological experiences of online nurses,attach importance to the cultivation of positive psychological experiences,excavate the demand for visiting service of postpartum nursing projects,and enhance and expand the professional value of obstetric nurses.
