胫腓骨骨折切开复位内固定术后切口使用银丝缝合联合活血消肿汤剂加速切口愈合的应用价值研究

Research on the application value of silver wire suture combined with Huoxue Xiaozhong Decoction in accelerating wound healing after open reduction and internal fixation of tibia and fibula fracture

目的研究胫腓骨骨折切开复位内固定术后切口使用银丝缝合联合活血消肿汤剂加速切口愈合的应用价值。方法回顾性选取2018年7月~2019年12月我院胫腓骨骨折切开复位内固定术患者80例,依据术后切口干预方法分为传统丝线缝合组(传统组,n=40)和银丝缝合联合活血消肿汤剂组(联合组,n=40)两组,统计分析两组患者的疼痛程度、肿胀程度、临床疗效、切口愈合情况。结果联合组患者干预后较干预前的VAS评分、肿胀程度降低幅度均显著高于传统组(P<0.05)。在优良率方面,联合组为95.0%(38/40),传统组为70.0%(28/40),前者显著高于后者(P<0.05)。联合组患者的切口感染率5.0%(2/40)显著低于传统组20.0%(8/40)(P<0.05),甲级愈合率为95.0%(38/40)显著高于传统组的80.0%(32/40)(P<0.05),愈合时间显著短于传统组(P<0.05)。结论胫腓骨骨折切开复位内固定术后切口使用银丝缝合联合活血消肿汤剂加速切口愈合的应用价值高。

Objective To research the application value of silver wire suture combined with Huoxue Xiaozhong Decoction in accelerating wound healing after open reduction and internal fixation of tibia and fibula fracture.Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing open reduction and internal fixation of tibia and fibula fracture in our hospital from July 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively selected,and they were divided into the conventional silk suture group(the conventional group,n=40)and the silver wire suture combined with Huoxue Xiaozhong Decoction group(the combined group,n=40)according to postoperative incision intervention methods.The pain degree,swelling degree,clinical efficacy and wound healing of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed.Results After intervention,the VAS score and swelling degree of patients in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The excellent rate was 95.0%(38/40)in the combined group and 70.0%(28/40)in the conventional group.The former was significantly higher than the latter(P<0.05).The wound infection rate of the combined group was 5.0%(2/40),which was significantly lower than 20.0%(8/40)of the conventional group(P<0.05),and the healing rate of grade A was 95.0%(38/40),which was significantly higher than 80.0%(32/40)of the conventional group(P<0.05).The healing time was significantly shorter than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of silver wire suture combined with Huoxue Xiaozhong Decoction in accelerating wound healing after open reduction and internal fixation of tibia and fibula fracture is high.
