The Transformation and Dilemma of Mongolia’s Political System

蒙古国政治制度转型以多党议会制的建立为主轴,其制度框架和宪政体系在总体上日趋完善。蒙古国政府对政治制度改革的推动,以及公民参政权的提升、社会组织活动的正面影响,加上政府与西方国际社会保持合作,对蒙古国的政治制度转型起到了推动作用。与此同时,民生问题的制约、腐败对国家机构的渗透,以及制度运行不稳定带来的负面问题,也对蒙古国政治制度转型构成巨大挑战。

The political system of Mongolia is centered on the establishment of a multi-party parliamentary democracy.Mongolia’s institutional framework and constitutional system have been constantly improved because of the promotion of governance,political participation.activities of social groups and opening-up policy.However,the transformation of Mongolia’s political system is also facing many challenges,such as state institutions being infiltrated by corruption,restrictions from people’s livelihood issues and negative problems caused by unstable institutional operations.
