对酸轧机组生产超高强度钢产品的实践进行了介绍,分析了跑偏断带、跳跃断带、变形量控制等生产难点,并从入口段、酸洗工艺段、轧机段、计划编排等方面对生产工艺进行了优化。

The practice of producing ultra-high strength steel product by pickling mill was introduced,and production difficulties such as misalignment and broken belt,jumping and broken belt,and deformation control were analyzed.The production process had been optimized from the aspects of inlet section,pickling process section,rolling mill section,and plan arrangement.
