内导体拉丝加工研究

摘要 分析了内导体在拉丝过程中出现直径超差和表面粗糙度超差的原因,通过试验确认了拉丝后铜棒料实际直径与模具定径区直径之间的关系,得到线性因数,进而设计出内导体拉丝模具。通过应用线性因数,可以实现一次拉丝成型内导体,并且满足图纸设计要求。 The causes for the abnormal diameter and poor surface roughness of the inner conductor during the drawing process were analyzed,and the relationship between the actual diameter of the copper bar after drawing and the diameter of the die sizing area was confirmed through experiment,linear factor was obtained,and then the wire-drawing die for the inner conductor was designed.The inner conductor can be formed by one-time wire-drawing and meet the requirements of design drawing by applying the linear factor.
