摘要
在石油电子测井仪等井下仪器中,通常采用钢筒内壁盲孔定位,限制仪器在测井过程中的轴向移动和径向转动,保证仪器之间的可靠连接和测井的安全性。介绍了钢筒内壁盲孔铣削加工设备的工作原理和特点,分析了钢筒内壁盲孔铣削加工设备的现场应用,并给出了加工效果。
In down hole instrument such as petroleum electronic logger,blind hole on the inner wall of the steel cylinder is usually used as positioning mean to limit the axial movement and radial rotation of the instruments during the logging process to ensure the reliable connection between the instruments and the safety of logging.The working principle and characteristics of the milling equipment for the blind hole at inner wall of the steel cylinder were introduced.The field application of the milling equipment for the blind hole at inner wall of the steel cylinder was analyzed,and the processing results were given.
