我国工伤保险制度的发展与现状

Development and Current Situation of Industrial Injury Insurance System in China

工伤保险制度是社会保障体系的一个重要方面,不仅保障了工伤职工获得医疗救治、经济补偿、职业康复的权力,还有分散用人单位工伤风险的作用。本文通过回顾我国工伤保险制度的历史沿革,分析我国工伤保险制度的实施现状,指出现有工伤保险存在的参保情况不理想、基金大量结余、工伤预防和康复发展落后等问题,为我国工伤保险制度的进一步发展与完善提供了有益参考。

The industrial injury insurance system is a major aspect of the social security system.It not only guarantees injured workers'rights to medical treatment,economic compensation and occupational rehabilitation,but also plays a role in dispersing the industrial injury risk of employers.This paper reviews the historical evolution of the industrial injury insurance system in China,analyses the current situation of the industrial injury insurance system in China,and points out some problems of the industrial injury insurance,such as the unsatisfactory insurance situation,excessive fund balance,backward development of industrial injury prevention and rehabilitation,etc.,which provides the beneficial reference for the further development and improvement of the industrial injury insurance system in China.
