摘要
职业压力是影响职业伤害的重要风险因素之一。多种职业压力的理论模型从不同角度解释了职业压力的成因和影响因素。而压力-伤害模型则系统地描述了个性特质、过往压力史和应对资源等前因变量对伤害的影响,并认为压力反应是其内在影响机制。本文聚焦四种职业压力模型和压力-伤害模型,综述这几种模型的研究进展,并根据当前研究的局限性,提出职业压力-职业伤害模型并进行研究展望。
Job stress is one of the essential risk factors of occupational injury. Various theoretical models of job stress elaborated the causes and influencing factors of job stress from different perspectives. The stress-injury model systematically demonstrated the antecedents of injury, such as personality, history of stressors and coping resources, and proposed that the stress response was mechanism to cause the injury risk. The article underscored four models of job stress and the stressinjury model and made a systematic literature review. Furthermore, since there existed some limitations of the current models, we put forward a job stress and occupational injury model and proposed some suggestions for future research.
